Shores Kids
Shores Kids | Infant - 7th Grade
8:30 & 10:15 Service
Shores Kids is a safe, welcoming place for children from infancy through 7th grade to learn about Jesus at an age-appropriate level. During both Sunday services, our youngest children receive attentive nursery care while older kids participate in Bible-centered messages, activities, and discussion designed to help them know Jesus and understand God’s Word.
This year, Shores Kids is Digging Into the Life of Jesus! Throughout the year, kids will journey through the life and ministry of Jesus, from His birth and early life to His teaching, miracles, death, resurrection, and the Great Commission. Each week, they'll explore a Bible story and discover more about who Jesus is, what He has done, and what it means to follow Him.
Shores Students | Middle & High School
Students in 5th - 12th Grade
Wednesday Evenings | 6 - 8 PM
Shores Students is a place for middle and high school students to build meaningful friendships, grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus, and discover what it looks like to live out their faith. Each gathering includes time to connect, have fun, study God's Word, and talk honestly about what following Jesus looks like in everyday life.
Throughout the year, students explore different teaching series designed to help them better understand who Jesus is, grow together in Christian community, and be equipped to know Jesus and make Jesus known.
What does it look like to really live in community with one another? In Life in Community, students are exploring how God designed us for relationships, the importance of unity within the church, and what it means to follow Jesus together.
The 207 | High School
An Additional Gathering for Students in 9th - 12th GradeThe 207 is a student-led outreach ministry created by local Christian teens with a heart for reaching their peers and sharing the light of Jesus. Each gathering includes worship, Scripture, youth-led discussion, prayer, and time to connect with other students. These nights create space for honest questions, meaningful conversation, and students to take an active role in their faith.
Through worship, Scripture, and real dialogue about life's challenges, The 207 encourages teens to grow in their relationship with Jesus, build strong friendships, and share their faith with the people around them.
Several Shores Students are involved with and attend The 207, which currently meets weekly on Thursdays in Kennebunk. The 207 operates independently from Shores Church.
