Meet the Pastor
Pastor Court has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies and 20+ years of pastoral experience.
He holds a strong belief in the the timeless nature and truths of the Scriptures while striving to make it applicable to daily life.
Pastor Court is married to Kara, who leads the Worship Team. Their lives revolved around 4 children, 2 dogs, and a love for living on the southern coast of Maine.

Next Gen
Shores Kids is the heart of the next generation at Shores Church — a place where children and teens grow in faith, friendship, and confidence. Infant and toddler childcare, along with Sunday School through 7th grade, is offered during both services at 8:30 and 10:15.
After-school gatherings for middle and high school students provide a place to connect, grow in faith, and build strong friendships.

A Message from Pastor Court
Whether you grew up in church or have no background in faith at all, Shores Church is a place where you can explore who Jesus is at your own pace. Here, questions are welcomed, relationships are built, and there are meaningful ways to get involved and connect. If you are new to the area or simply looking for a church home, we would love for you to stop by and experience our community for yourself.

Good Friday isn’t a sad religious holiday. For a Christian it is deeply personal. It’s a time of reflection and acknowledgement that most loving act in history was done specifically for them. The response isn’t just sadness, but can produce an overwhelming amount of humble gratitude. Good Friday service with worship, communion, and prayer.

At Shores Church, small groups are where connection deepens. Exploring Christianity is a new group starting after Easter for those who want to learn about faith and how it intersects in daily life. This group will run seven weeks and by the end you will have gone through the entire Gospel of Mark. If you are interested let us know!

There's a stone in all of our stories. Maybe it's shame, loss, a relationship, or a past we can't seem to shake. On that first Easter morning, a stone meant to keep people away was moved aside to release brand new life. This Easter we start a new series about coming back to God after facing the rocky paths of life.
