Meet the Pastor
Pastor Court has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies and 20+ years of pastoral experience.
He holds a strong belief in the the timeless nature and truths of the Scriptures while striving to make it applicable to daily life.
Pastor Court is married to Kara, who leads the Worship Team. Their lives revolved around 4 children, 2 dogs, and a love for living on the southern coast of Maine.

Shores Kids is the heart of the next generation at Shores Church — a place where children and teens grow in faith, friendship, and confidence. Infant and toddler childcare, along with Sunday School through 7th grade, is offered during both services at 8:30 and 10:15.
After-school gatherings for middle and high school students provide a place to connect, grow in faith, and build strong friendships.

Here, questions are welcomed, relationships are built, and there are meaningful ways to get involved and connect. If you are new to the area or simply looking for a church home, we would love for you to stop by and experience our community for yourself.

Serving One Another | Volunteer Opportunities
Serving one another is one of the ways we show the love of Jesus in everyday life. At Shores, there are simple, meaningful opportunities to use your time and gifts to care for others and support our church community.
Here are a few ways you can serve:
Heart for the House: Help care for our church building through weekly cleaning and upkeep, creating a welcoming space for everyone who walks through our doors.
Sunday Refreshments: Love to bake or cook? Help provide refreshments for our Sunday morning gatherings and create opportunities for people to connect.
Meal Train: Help care for individuals and families by preparing meals during life's expected and unexpected moments, whether they're celebrating a new baby, recovering from surgery, or walking through a difficult season.
You don't have to do everything to make a difference. Sometimes serving starts with one simple act of kindness.

Operation Christmas Child | Shoeboxes
This Christmas season, Shores Church is partnering with Samaritan's Purse through Operation Christmas Child. By filling shoeboxes with gifts, we have an opportunity to bring joy to children while supporting the mission of sharing the Good News of Jesus!
Here's how you can get involved:
Pack a Shoebox
Fill a shoebox with gifts for a child and return your completed box to Shores Church by Sunday, November 15.Join Our Packing Party | November 8
Stick around after either Sunday service as we come together to pack even more shoeboxes! It's a great opportunity for individuals and families to serve together.Serve at the Baltimore Processing Center | Dec. 10-13
We have an opportunity to travel to an OCC sorting facility and physically be a part of this ministry. You will be the last person to handle, sort, prepare, and most importantly, pray for before they are sent out all over the world!
